Participants will learn grant writing skills, how to avoid common pitfalls and develop an understanding of what grants are. Learn how to build relationships with funders, collaborate with other agencies and explore the different type of grants. We will discuss the importance of data to support your grant application, walk through the components of a grant application as well as how to find matching funds to support your grant application. Attendees will leave the session ready to get started to submit a grant proposal.
